Crush exists for one specific moment: when something is clearly going on but nobody wants to say it first. The questions give you an excuse to bring it up without having to say it outright.
They stay playable in a group on purpose. Play one-on-one, or with friends and watch who votes for whom — the interesting answer is rarely the expected one.

Can two people play on their own?
Yes, and it is the most common way to play this mode. Questions rephrase themselves as “which of us two”.
Is it explicit?
No. Crush stays in flirting and innuendo. For something more direct, the NSFW mode is adults only.
Do I need an account?
No. Crush is free and playable straight away.
